Losing weight is not math.
I’ve heard it at least as many times as you have—“To lose weight, just eat less and exercise more.”
It sounds good and well meaning, but unfortunately it’s wrong.
Where your weight is involved, 1 + 1 ≠ 2.
Why? Because there is another factor in play.
That hidden factor in your weight is what I call your iFactor.
